In the manor there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 100 a. arable lying fallow for pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 112 a. pasture, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 20 a. seasonable wood, 2 a. of which can be felled each year, then worth 6s. 8d. an acre; £4 assize rents from tenants at the four usual terms; rents from the same tenants at Christmas of 6 cocks, worth 2d. each, and 18 hens, worth 3d. each; and perquisites of the court there, worth nothing above the steward’s expense.
He died on 22 February last. Thomas de Legh is his son and next heir, aged 18 years and more on 2 February last.

In the manor there are the site with houses built upon it for the husbandmen of the manor, worth nothing yearly; 200 a. land, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 60 a. pasture, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 20 a. wood, each acre worth 2d. yearly; £6 assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions; and a court baron held there every three weeks at the lord’s will, worth nothing yearly above the steward’s fee and costs. Horsell and Chertsey, 40 a. pasture, each acre worth 3d. yearly, held of the same earl, service unknown.
He died on the Sunday before the feast of St Mathias, 10 Henry V [see 10]. Thomas de Legh is his son and next heir, aged 18 1/2 years and more on the day of this inquisition.
