For a fine paid in the hanaper the king has pardoned Anne and Thomas Russell for marrying without licence [22 July 1422: CPR 1416-22, p. 442]. The escheator of Northamptonshire ordered to assign dower to Anne in the presence of the next friends of Thomas Pirly 's brother and heir Edmund or their attorneys.
