He held a messuage with gardens and a curtilage adjoining in Westminster jointly with his wife Elizabeth, who survives, i.e. to them and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to Thomas's right heirs, by grant of Nicholas Hebeden, knight , and Thomas Thaker of Pinchbeck, chaplain , by a deed shown to the jurors of this inquisition and dated at Gosberton on 14 Oct. 1399. The messuage, gardens and curtilage are held of the abbot of St. Peter's, Westminster , for 6s. 8d. at Michaelmas, annual value 4 marks.
He died on 10 March last. Philip Dymmok is his son and next heir, aged 22 years and more.

He held jointly with his wife Elizabeth, who survives, the manor of Lea to them and the heirs of their bodies by grant of Nicholas Hebeden, knight , by a deed, shown to the jurors, dated at Gosberton on 18 Aug. 1399 made to them as Thomas Dymmok of Scrivelsby and his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Nicholas. There are in the manor a site and a dovecot, annual value nil; 3s. 2d. assize rents at the Purification, Whitsun and Michaelmas; 12 messuages and 12 virgates held by various tenants at will, each messuage and virgate worth yearly 10s. at the same terms; 180 a. demesne arable worth yearly 4d. an acre; 10 a. meadow worth yearly 12d. an acre; 20 a. pasture worth yearly 2d. an acre; and perquisites of court worth 12d. yearly above the steward's fee. The manor is held of the bishop of Lincoln by knight service. He also held jointly with Elizabeth the manor of Hook Norton and 1/2 virgate in Great Rollright, to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of Thomas, by grant of Nicholas Hebeden and Thomas Thaker of Pinchbeck, chaplain , by a deed, shown to the jurors, dated at Gosberton on 14 Oct. 1399. There are in the manor a site and a dovecot, annual value nil; the following rents from free tenants: 17s. 4d. and 2 loaves, price 1d., at the Nativity of St. John the Baptist and St. Thomas the apostle, and a pair of spurs and 6d. assize rents at St. Thomas only; 12 messuages and 10 virgates held by tenants at will, each messuage and virgate worth yearly 13s.; 84 a. demesne arable worth yearly 6d. an acre; 40 a. pasture worth yearly 2d. an acre; 24 a. meadow worth yearly 12d. an acre; and perquisites of court worth yearly 2s. above the steward's fee. The toft and virgate in Great Rollright are worth yearly 10s. and are held of Thomas Chaucer, esquire , by knight service.

He held in his demesne as of fee the manor of Scrivelsby with appurtenances there and in Coningsby, Thornton, Haltham, Dalderby, Roughton, Langton by Wragby and Wilksby with the advowsons of the churches of Scrivelsby, Coningsby, Haltham, Roughton and Wilksby. There are assize rents of £44 19s., a second-year sheep, 1 lb. pepper, 1 lb. cumin and 12 hens at Easter, St. Botolph, Michaelmas and St. Andrew; 20 messuages and 20 bovates, each worth yearly 6s. 8d., held by tenants at will; 2 messuages called `Bothes' on the river Witham with the fisheries belonging to them, each messuage and fishery worth yearly 10s.; 10 cottages each worth yearly 4s.; 20 tofts not built on, each worth yearly 18d.; 160 a. arable worth yearly 12d. an acre; 160 a. meadow and `thakground' worth only 12d. an acre because most of it was submerged by a great flood of the Witham; 60 a. pasture worth yearly 12d. an acre; a water-mill, annual value 30s.; the vesture of underwood, annual value 30s.; and perquisites of court worth yearly 20s. above the steward's fee. Annual values of the churches: Scrivelsby £10; Coningsby £20; Haltham £10; Roughton 100s.; and Wilksby 100s. The manor of Scrivelsby is held of the king in chief by serjeanty: i.e. whenever a king of England is crowned, the lord of the manor, or if he is unable, a deputy, shall come before the king on the day of his coronation fully armed on a war-horse and shall announce that if anyone wishes to challenge the king's right to the kingdom and crown, he is prepared to defend them with his body against him and anyone else.
