portions, annual value of the manor and the rent 100s. He was also seised in his demesne
as of fee of 4 messuages, 3 tofts, 200 a. arable, 30 a. meadow, 40 a. wood, 100 a. pasture
and a water-mill in <name type="place" key="2731550">Shittlehanger</name> which <name type="person">

meadow 2s.; each acre of wood 2d.; each acre of pasture 1d.; the mill at <name type="place" key="706107">Stoke Bruern</name>, 10s.; and the mill at <name type="place" key="2731550">Shittlehanger</name> nil because ruinous. Of whom and by what service the
messuages etc. are held is unknown.

He was also seised of the manor of <name type="parish" role="parish" key="144766">Byfield</name> called `<name type="manor" key="3156451">Parlesmaner</name>', in which there are 10s. rent at <date>Easter</date> and <date>

them to the feoffees mentioned above, who remain seised. Annual values: the messuages
