The homage due from Thomas Ferrers, esquire , who married Elizabeth Frevill , and from Hugh Wylughby of Wollaton , Nottinghamshire, esquire , who married Margaret, two sisters and heirs of Baldwin Frevill, knight (son and heir of Baldwin Frevill , knight, son and heir of Baldwin Frevill, knight , late husband of Joyce, widow of Adam Peshale, knight ), for the purparties of Elizabeth and Margaret in the lands which Joyce held in dower and otherwise for her life of the inheritance of Elizabeth and Margaret and of Robert Aston (son and heir of Roger Aston, knight , and Joyce, late his wife, the third sister and heir of Baldwin son of Baldwin son of Baldwin, a minor in the king’s ward), by reason of Thomas and Hugh having had issue by their respective wives, has been respited to Easter next for 40s. paid in the hanaper, and the purparties of Elizabeth and Margaret have been returned to them and their husbands. Order to take Thomas’ and Hugh’s fealty and security from them for payment of a relief and to make a partition into three parts of Joyce’s said lands in the presence of all four and of the next friends of Robert and to deliver seisin to Thomas and Elizabeth and to Hugh and Margaret of Elizabeth’s and Margaret’s purparties respectively, and to retain Robert’s purparty in the king’s hand.
