Jurors: John Holbarough ; William Lapholl ; Thomas Janyns ; Nicholas Jones ; Walter Morys ; Thomas Birmyngham ; William Syer ; John Tomas ; Guy Stanford ; John Costyn ; Richard Newecastell ; and Roger Chaloner .
He held jointly with his wife Iseult, who survives, the manor of Stanford with the advowson of the church of the manor by grant of Hugh Wymere, rector of Stanford on Teme , to Katharine, wife of John Musard, knight , for life, her executors having free ingress and egress to administer her goods both live and dead after her death. Although the manor and advowson ought to have reverted after Katharine's death to Hugh, it remained to John and Iseult Saleway and the heirs of their bodies by Hugh's charter dated at Stanford 5 May 1402 and shown to the jurors. After Katharine Musard's death on 25 March 1413, John and Iseult entered and were seised of the manor and advowson in their demesne as of fee tail, and John named in the writ died seised of that estate jointly with Iseult, who survives. The manor and advowson of Stanford are held of Walter Lucy, knight , of his manor of Richards Castle, service unknown. Annual value of the site of the manor nil: there are 2 carucates, each worth 20s., 12 a. meadow worth 12d. an acre, 60s. assize rents yearly at the Annunciation and Michaelmas, 6 a. wood, annual value of the underwood 2s., and pleas and perquisites of court, annual value nil.
