Nicholas Harecourt by his charter gave the manor to William Harecourt and his wife Joan and the heirs male of their bodies. They were seised in their demesne as of fee tail and had issue Thomas Harecourt, knight , and died. After their deaths Thomas entered as heir male and had issue Thomas Harecourt named in the writ. Thomas died and Thomas son of Thomas Harecourt entered as son and heir male of Thomas son of William and Joan and died seised in his demesne as of fee tail to him and the heirs male of his body by virtue of the grant and feoffment.

William Harecourt was seised in his demesne as of fee of the manor of Stanton Harcourt. The licence of ‪ Edward III having been obtained [11 July 1330: CPR 1327-30, p. 539], a fine was levied oct. St. Martin 1330 [CP 25/1/189/ 17, no. 56] between William Harecourt and his wife Joan, quer., and Nicholas de Harecourt, parson of Sheepy Magna or Sheepy Parva , def., of the manor of Stanton Harcourt. William acknowledged the manor to be the right of Nicholas by William's gift, for which Nicholas gave the manor to William and Joan and rendered it to them to hold to them and the heirs male of their bodies for the services which pertain to it. The manor descended as in 501 to Thomas named in the writ. Stanton Harcourt, annual value £40. He held it in chief for 1/2 knight's fee and for the services of cutting underwood for three days in the park of Woodstock to sustain the deer there when the ground is covered with snow between Michaelmas and the Annunciation, of reaping the king's meadow called `Staunton mede' there and of carrying the hay to the site of the manor at his own expense, for which he is paid 6d. yearly by the bailiff of Woodstock from the manor of Woodstock.

He was also seised in demesne as of fee of: a manor called `Harecourtesmaner' in Gilmorton held of William Ferrers of Groby , service unknown, annual value 14s.; 1/16 knight's fee in Market Bosworth held of William Ferrers , service unknown, annual value 6d.; 1d. yearly rent from 8 virgates in North Kilworth held of the abbot of Sulby , service unknown; a messuage and 2 carucates in Little Stretton, held of William Ferrers , service unknown, annual value 20s., which, by name of the manor of Little Stretton, William de Harecourt, formerly lord of Market Bosworth , gave by charter to his son Thomas, to hold to him and the heirs of his body. Thomas was seised in his demesne as of fee tail and died, after whose death Thomas named in the writ entered as son and heir of Thomas son of William.
