He held in his demesne as of fee of the king in chief the manor of Little Oakley and the advowson of the church of the township, service unknown. Annual value of the site of the manor nil. There are in the manor 80 a. arable worth 4d. an acre, annual value 26s. 8d., 8 a. meadow worth 2s. an acre, annual value 16s., 10 a. wood, annual value nil because it is in the forest of Rockingham and totally destroyed, 20s. assize rents from various lands and tenements in the same township and 43s. rent from various lands and tenements held by tenants at will. An assart there called `Rysyngbrigsart', annual value 4s., is held of Queen Joan in socage.
He died on 4 Aug. last. Edmund Pirly is his brother and next heir, aged 8 years or more.

He was seised in his demesne as of fee of 1/3 manor of Mancetter and 1/3 advowson of the church of the manor. Long before his death by his charter dated at Mancetter 13 Oct. 1416 and shown to the jurors he granted them to William Weldon and Thomas Dalby . By their charter dated at Mancetter 17 Oct. 1416, and also shown to the jurors, Weldon and Dalby granted them to Thomas Pyrly and his wife Anne, who survives, and the heirs of their bodies. Mancetter. There are in the 1/3 manor 30 a. arable worth 6d. an acre, 20 a. meadow worth 12d. an acre, 10 a. wood worth 8d. an acre and 10 a. pasture worth 4d. an acre. There are in the township of `Bersthull', part of the manor, 1/3 of 3 messuages and 3 virgates, annual value 12s. Annual value of the site of the 1/3 manor nil. Annual value of the advowson 20 marks. The 1/3 manor and advowson are held of Lord Hastings , service unknown.
