                        forest of <name type="forest" key="2758031">Grovely</name>, i.e. `le Northbailly' as bounded by <name type="place" key="3135976">Grim's Ditch</name>, and by service of
paying 2s. yearly by the sheriff at <date>Michaelmas</date> to the king for a serjeanty at his castle of
                        <name type="castle" key="3056465">Old Sarum</name>.</holding> She also claimed in the forest in right of the messuage and land the following
estovers: housebote, hay-bote, fire-bote and bracken sufficent for her own use quit at all
times by view of the keeper of the forest or his deputy; and common of pasture in the
forest for all animals except sheep and goats throughout the year except during the
