                        which also licensed the regrant]. <rs type="person">Ralph</rs> and <rs type="person">John</rs> by their charter dated at <name type="place" role="grantLoc" key="235959">Draycot Cerne</name>
<date when="1413-05-11">11 May 1413</date>, <name type="person" role="king">the king</name>'s licence having been obtained [<hi rend="italic">see above</hi>], granted the manor,
annual value 10 marks above the aforesaid rent, to <rs type="person">Edward</rs>, his wife <name type="person">Isabel</name> and their
heirs. <rs type="person">Edward</rs> died seised jointly with <rs type="person">Isabel</rs>, who survives.</ab>
