Also of the bishop of Bath and Wells , a principal messuage, another messuage with curtilages and... a. arable, 18 a. meadow and 24 a. pasture in Mid Lambrook and East Lambrook, service unknown, 1/3 in Compton Durville is held of the king , annual value 46s. 8d., 1/3 in Mid Lambrook and East Lambrook of the bishop, annual value 8 marks.

From 27 Dec. 1378 John Rodberd , formerly married to Katharine daughter of Robert, has held and taken the profits from her death until 10 Feb. 1383, when Thomas Sampson entered, occupied and took the profits until 6 Jan. 1420. Then Thomas Beauchamp, knight, entered and held to 1 April 1420.
