He formerly held the manor of North Buckland in his demesne as of fee and granted it to Henry Drewe with remainder to his wife Agnes and their son John for their lives without payment. Henry still holds, and Richard has the reversion. It is held of the king of the duchy of Cornwall.
Hugh his son and heir was aged 2 years on 24 Nov. last.
