He held more than was found in the earlier inquisition, namely: Great Tey, the manor, annual value £30, Up Hall manor in Great Tey, 100s., Woodham Walter manor, £30, and tenements called `Parkeres alias Wrenches', 30s., and `Stubbardes', 40s., in Woodham Walter, all of the king by knight service as portions of the barony of Baynard's Castle.
Walter, knight , died on 16 May 1406. Walter Fitzwauter his son and heir was aged 19 years on 19 June last.
