No lands came into the king's hand owing to the death of Margaret and the minority of her son Thomas, and the minority of the heir of Thomas, Lord le Despenser . Thomas Dicleston died on 26 Aug. 1412. Owing to her death and the minority of Thomas the manor of Besford, except for 30s. rent issuing to Margaret’s sister Joan, wife of William Clopton, knight, as her purparty of the inheritance from Alexander Besford (father of Margaret and Joan, who were his heirs), came into the hands of Richard, earl of Warwick , because it is held of him by knight service, annual value £10.
Elizabeth, daughter of Margaret and wife of John Harewell , Maud and Margery are the sisters and next heirs of Thomas, aged 15 years and more, 12 years and more and 11 years and more.

Owing to the death of Margaret and the minority of Thomas, who died in the king's ward, the manor of Dixton and lands in Alderton, annual value 21 marks, with the advowson, annual value £10, came into the king's hands. They are held of Richard Beauchamp, Lord Abergavenny, and his wife Isabel in right of Isabel, as above [35].
Thomas died on 24 March 1413. Heirs as in 36, Elizabeth aged 15 years at Candlemas last.
