There are: the site, with two dilapidated (debil') houses, annual value nil, 4 a. pasture in the site at 8d., and in the half are 110 a., 3 roods of arable and pasture at 8d., assize rents 13s.4d. payable by equal parts at the 4 terms, fee farm 16s., and perquisites of courts nil beyond the fees of the officers. She also held, annexed to the moiety, 82 a. arable and pasture and 1 1/2 a. wood there in gavelkind, of various lords: the
