He held in his demesne as of fee 1 messuage, 1 cottage, 2 crofts and 1 virgate in Plumpton, not mentioned in the earlier inquisition [CIPM XIX, no. 1015], but they have been concealed until now from Henry IV and the present king. Of whom they are held and by what service is unknown, annual value 32s. William Harwedon has held since Thomas’s death and is answerable to the king for the profits.
Helen Dyster is his sister and heir, aged 13 years and more.

Thomas, son and heir of John Dyster , died on 4 July 1403, holding in his demesne as of fee 1 cottage, 2 crofts and 20s. rent from 1 messuage and 1 virgate in Plumpton, with the reversion of the messuage and virgate after the deaths of Thomas Cherie and John Cherie who hold for life by the grant of John Dyster , the father, annual value of the cottage and crofts 12s. He also held in his demesne as of fee of the king in chief by knight service 1 messuage and 1 virgate in Farthinghoe, annual value 13s.4d.
