is next heir of Aymer being the son of Thomas, son of William, brother of Thomas, father of Aymer, aged 28 years and more. Because the king, Bagot, Cheyne and Mannsfeld did not re-enfeoff Aymer according to the condition, Aymer entered the tenements, long before his death, and held them in demesne as of fee at his death. After his death the king, by colour of the grant to him and the others (Bagot, Cheyne and Mannsfeld still being alive) on the petition of William Neuport granted the tenements to William Neuport ?for life [damaged, partly illegible ].
