                     <ab>The <rs type="person" role="king">king</rs> has occupied the 4th part from the time of his death and received the issues, because another time before John Strange, knight, escheator, it was found by an inquisition by writ <hi rend="italic">diem clausit extremum</hi> that Thomas Robell died seised without heir of his body (<hi rend="italic">sine herede de se</hi>), and the jurors did not then know who was his next heir, so the 4th part was taken into the king’s hand and remains there</ab>
