72 Writ, plenius certiorari ‡ 23 April 1413. [>Wymbyssh]. Recites CIPM XIX, no. 943. The king now understands that Agnes held the messuage, land, meadow, and rent in Lower Bullingham and Clehonger for the term of her life, by grant of Richard de la Barre, John Reed, and Roger de la Halle to Agnes, described as Agnes once wife of William de la Barre, and the heirs of the bodies of William and Agnes; and the manor of Hillhampton (described as the manor of Hillhampton and a meadow called Northmede) also for life, by the grant of Philip Kylfodus and Philip Davynston to Agnes, described as above, and the heirs of the bodies of Agnes and William, with remainder to Thomas de la Barre and his heirs. Inquire whether there are any surviving heirs of Agnes and William.

She held 1 messuage, 45 a. arable, 2 a. meadow and 40s. rent in Lower Bullingham and Clehonger by the grant of Richard de la Barre, clerk , John le Rede, chaplain , and Roger de la Halle to her and the heirs of the bodies of William and herself with remainder to Thomas de la Barre and his heirs and assigns. She also held the manor of Hillhampton with a meadow called ‘Northmede’ by the grant of Philip Kylfodus, rector of Llanwarne , and Philip Davynston, vicar of Holme Lacy , to her and her heirs by William, by charter shown to the jurors, and with remainder as above. By his testament William left certain tenements in Saddler Street in the city of Hereford to Agnes for life and then to the heirs of their bodies with remainder to Thomas.
William and Agnes died without heirs of their bodies and all the premises should remain to Thomas de la Barre, knight , son and heir of Thomas.
