                  <ab>The escheator cannot execute the writ because at the livery of seisin <name type="person">Agnes</name>, widow of <rs type="person">Henry</rs>, came and sought a third part of the manors of <name type="manor" key="3081458">Shawdon</name> and <name type="manor" key="898049">Belford</name> and of all other lands which <rs type="person">Henry</rs> had held, as her dower by royal writ. Thomas alleged that she should not have it and she is pursuing it in chancery . Therefore <rs type="person" role="escheator">the escheator</rs> is unable to act at present.</ab>
