He held in his demesne as of fee of the king in chief by knight service a third part of the manor of North Newton with the advowson of the chapel at the third presentation, annual value 16 marks; and two tenements in Exton and Hawkridge with the advowsons of those places at the third presentations, annual value 2 marks.
He died on 17 Sept. 1408 . William his son and next heir is aged 18 years and more.

Jurors: Robert ?Eyre ; Thomas ... ; ... Magot; John Cave ; John Mody ; William Payne ; John Janeswere ; Robert Pecche ; John Horlocke ; John ?Fyssher ; William Groue ; and John Iue .
William Wroth held at his death in demesne as of fee of the king in chief by knight service: 1/3 manor of North Newton, with the advowson of a chapel there, presenting every third vacancy. There is service rent of £10 6s. 4d. payable at the four principal terms, viz. Christmas, Easter, Midsummer, and Michaelmas. Afterwards, around the ?twentieth year of Richard II (1396-7), the whole residue of the third part was demised by William to certain tenants holding for the term of their lives, rendering to William and his heirs 113s. 8d. yearly at Christmas and Midsummer. And so the third part is worth £16 yearly. 2 tenements in Exton and Hawkridge, with the advowson of the churches of the same at every third presentation, demised to the same tenants by William for 2 marks yearly at Christmas and Midsummer.
