                        Middelton</name>, daughter of <name type="person">Margaret</name>, sister of William, was one heir, and 
                     <name type="person">John Gilbert</name>, son of <name type="person">Constance</name> the other sister, was the other heir; and afterwards by another inquisition by Lawrence Wotton on 20 June last it was found as above [no. <ref target="#CIPM-INQ-18-584">584</ref>]; and John Ramesey and Joan have petitioned that John Gilbert died in the lifetime of William, and that Joan was the sole heir and so remains; order to enquire when he died and how Joan is his kinswoman and heir.</ab>
