Also in Hampnett 1 messuage, nil because totally waste; a dovecot, 3s.4d.; a garden of 1 1/2 a., 2s.; and 100 a. at 6d.; held of the same lord by knight service; and of the prior of Boxgrove 1 toft and 21 a. by a rent of 14s. and 1 lb. pepper at the 4 terms, worth nothing beyond the rent. He was accustomed to render for those lands to the bishop of Exeter 5s. and to the prior of Shulbrede 6 s., but for which parcels is unknown.
