He was a freeman of the city of London and by custom of the city by his testament, proclaimed and enrolled in the hustings on <date when="1370-07-15">15 July 1370</date> , gave and left them to <name type="person">Agnes</name> his wife for her life; to be sold by his executors after her death for the health of his soul and for other works of charity, as appears in his will. He named as executors <rs type="person">Agnes</rs> his wife, Master

They on <date when="1391-03-15">15 March 1391</date> sold them to <name type="person">Marion Blakwyn</name> and her heirs.</ab>
