Jurors: Philip Edmonton ; Laurence Pays ; Richard Hoke ; John Typerton ; Thomas Clokmakere ; Robert Rede ; Hugh Clerk ; Henry Bety ; William Rybod ; John Mot ; Richard Walworth ; and Henry Cook .

He held nothing of Richard II because he died on 19 June 1369 . He then held of the king in free burgage, as all London is, two tenements in Seacoal Lane, annual value 4 marks. He was a freeman of the city of London and by custom of the city by his testament, proclaimed and enrolled in the hustings on 15 July 1370 , gave and left them to Agnes his wife for her life; to be sold by his executors after her death for the health of his soul and for other works of charity, as appears in his will. He named as executors Agnes his wife, Master Richard Asshewell , and William Kyryell, tanner . If after the death of Agnes they did not sell the tenements, or were no longer living, he wished the tenements to be sold by the executors of the executors under the supervision of four parishoners of St. Sepulchre in the suburbs and two persons next in blood to himself, and the money to be spent as stated. They on 15 March 1391 sold them to Marion Blakwyn and her heirs. Agnes held them from his death until 15 March 1391 . Since then Marion Blakwyn has done so.

Nicholas his brother and next heir is aged 60 years and more.
