The elder Richard died. Richard the son died under age without issue, and Philippa died. The manors descended to Elizabeth, Philippa, Alice and Joan, as daughters and heirs of Richard and Philipp a.
He also held in his demesne as of fee the manor of Kilquite, which he granted to

for the life of Philippa his wife, and they released their rights in it to Philippa. Thus Richard and Philippa held it, and it descended to the same four daughters.
